My sons Connor and Easton trained with Tristan years ago and gave my sons the tools and motivation to push themselves further than ever than ever thought possible. The instructor is very good with kids and good with showing forms but I wasn't told there was no sparring for beginners class and did not know this in the very beginning.Sensi does do a good job showing young kids how to practice there kata forms.

My 4 year old attends classes here. She loves class and always has a good time. I love that she is getting physical activity and gaining confidence. Sensai Tristan is great with the kids and they all really seem to like and respect him.

Sensei Tristan has been amazing with my daughter! She loves attending the Little Dragons karate courses, and has gained so much confidence, discipline, and respect. He has remarkable patience, and has been a great role model! I'd recommend this place to anyone I know, he will work with your child, and help them succeed!
Although many people think the martial arts are just about fighting, the truth is that the physical “kicking and punching” are really just the tools that I use to teach the more important, and MUCH more valuable lessons about yourself.
