Sensei Tristan is a phenomenal teacher, role model, and friend to my son. He’s extremely patient and engaging and enjoys the interactions he has with young people. My sons Connor and Easton trained with Tristan years ago and gave my sons the tools and motivation to push themselves further than ever than ever thought possible. The instructor is very good with kids and good with showing forms but I wasn't told there was no sparring for beginners class and did not know this in the very beginning.Sensi does do a good job showing young kids how to practice there kata forms.

Sensei Tristan has been amazing with my daughter! She loves attending the Little Dragons karate courses, and has gained so much confidence, discipline, and respect.
